Falcon Gymnastics Presents Playtime with Parents!  NOW ON MONDAYS!  “Drop-in” MONDAY MORNINGS for a non-structured playtime with your child.  Children age 5 and under WITH a PARENT may come run, play, jump and roll in our spacious gym.  Great opportunity to spend time with your child and meet other children and parents.

Program STARTS WEDNESDAY 10/19/2011 FROM 11AM TO 12:30PM.

$7 per session per child.  No long term commitments.  Wear comfortable clothing- no shoes in the play area.  We suggest you bring a small snack.

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health and Zumba is coming to Falcon Gymnastics starting on January 7, 2012! Classes are Saturday mornings at 8:00am and Thursday evenings at 7:30pm cost $5.00 per class. Must be 12 or older to participate in Zumba Classes.

Start the new year off right with the latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness-party!

Hope you all had a good time and will return next year!

Falcon Gymnastics in conjunction with other USA Gymnastics member clubs across the country attempted to set a new world record for most people doing a handstand at the same time.  The attempt took place as part of  National Gymnastics Day September 17, 2011.  In addition to having a good time every dollar raised was donated to the gym’s local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.
