Gym Rules

Our gym rules are for the safety of our athletes!

Parents:  You are invited to stay and watch your child’s class; however please keep in mind the following rules

  • No coaching from the viewing area!  Any yelling from across the gym can cause the gymnasts to lose concentration and cause an injury.
  • You are not permitted outside of the viewing area.
  • It is recommended that you leave other children that are not participating in the class at home.  However if you chose to bring them they must also remain in the viewing area and are to be supervised at all times.  The staff need to give their full attention to the students in the class.  We are not responsible for children not in the class.

Students:  Students must remain in the viewing area until they are called for class.  No food, drink, chewing gum, or candy is permitted on the gym floor.  You are not permitted on any equipment without a coach’s supervision.  Unless your mom or dad is wearing a Falcon’s Gymnastics t-shirt they are not a coach!

All students are expected to follow the three r’s

  • Respect your coach!
  • Respect yourself!
  • Respect others!

Horseplay will not be tolerated!  Someone could get hurt.  Anyone who is acting in an inappropriate manner will be asked to leave.  Continued misconduct will be grounds for dismissal from the program.

Please feel free to talk to Charity Ruhl, Direct of Gymnastics, if you have any questions or concerns.  The best times are before or after classes or leave a message and you will get a return call.  Your feedback on our program is always welcome.
